DONNA L. STILES
Donna is the Firm’s lead long-term care paralegal. She assists the Firm’s lawyers with Medicaid planning and the submission of Medicaid applications.
Donna has a wealth of knowledge of Medicaid and long-care options for the elderly. Before moving to Pennsylvania, Donna worked in a Maryland law firm for 12 years as a long-term care paralegal. She received her Business Administration degree from Johns Hopkins University.
Donna loves working with and helping the elderly. When Donna is not in the office, she enjoys watching her grandchildren play sports.
HOLLY A. SMITH
Holly has been the Firm’s estate administration paralegal for the past 14 years. Holly received her paralegal certificate from Penn State where she was a student in Attorney Clofine’s class on Wills, Trusts and Estate Administration. Holly also received her paralegal certificate in Legal Issues Dealing with the Elderly from Penn State and she is a Pennsylvania Certified Paralegal through the Keystone Alliance of Paralegal Associations.
Holly assists with all aspects of estate and trust settlement and probate, including the preparation of Pennsylvania inheritance tax returns, federal estate and gift tax returns and fiduciary income tax returns.
JAMES “JIMMY” LOCKE
Jimmy joined the Firm in February 2018 as a full-time Legal Assistant. He quickly learned how to handle probate matters, and Medicaid applications and is responsible for the preparation of real estate deeds and coordinates real estate settlements.
Jimmy is a firm believer in karma, and brings “positivity” to the office and everything else in his life.
ALICE MALINOWSKI
Alice joined our team in early 2019 as the firm’s receptionist and has quickly become an invaluable part of the office. After receiving her degree in paralegal studies from Villa Julie College, she has worked in several reputable law firms throughout Maryland and Pennsylvania. In addition to her receptionist duties, she schedules appointments and prepares estate planning documents. When not in the office, she enjoys camping, biking, and the great outdoors
KATIE KINARD
Katie joined the Firm in March 2021 as a full-time Legal Assistant. She quickly learned how to handle probate matters and estate administration and is now one of the Firm’s estate administration paralegals. She assists with all aspects of estate and trust settlement and probate, including the preparation of Pennsylvania inheritance tax returns.
Katie received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Penn State University where she graduated as a member Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society. When not in the office Katie enjoys exercising and spending time with her dog.
