Clofine lectured on What Trust & Estates lawyers Need to Know About
Medicaid.
Elder Law Update -- November 2009.
Attorney Clofine was the course planner for this program along with
Carol Sikov Gross from Pittsburgh and Linda Anderson from Media.
Clofine lectured at the live program in Mechanicsburg that was also
broadcast to other locations across Pennsylvania.
Medicaid Application Process – August
2009. Mechanicsburg, PA. Attorney Clofine lectured on how to deal with
the Medicaid Application process as it pertains to securing benefits
for nursing home care.
Twelfth Annual Elder Law Institute --
July 2009. Harrisburg, PA. Attorney Clofine lectured as part of the
opening "Year in Review" plenary session along with his colleague,
Jeffrey Marshall, Esquire. Clofine conducted a review of the
significant elder law cases of the past year. He also led a separate
session giving a more in-depth look at the important cases of the past
year.

2007. Mechanicsburg, PA. Attorney Clofine lectured on life estates, the
Family "Caregiver" Exception to Medicaid Transfer Rules and the overall
impact of this new law on Medicaid planning.
