ERIN J. MILLER is an associate attorney with Firm and practices in the areas of estate planning and administration, elder law, special needs planning and fiduciary litigation. She is Certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation.
Attorney Miller is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys. She is a member of the board of directors of the York County Estate Planning Council and the United Cerebral Palsy of South Central Pennsylvania. She also serves on the York County Community Foundation’s Hahn Home Fund For Women Advisory Committee and the York College Planned Giving Council.
Erin is a member of the York County Bar Association Estate Planning and Probate Section and the Elder Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She received her B.S. in Chemistry in 1998, from York College of Pennsylvania and her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Dickinson School of Law in 2001. She is a frequent lecturer on the topics of elder law, estate planning, long term care planning, and planning for individuals with special needs.

MICHELE L. RAMP is a long-term care paralegal. She has been with the Firm since its inception, beginning her career as a legal secretary in 1992. She moved into her current position as long-term care paralegal in October 2001. Michele tries to follow the dictates of her position in accordance with the words of Abraham J. Heschel: “A test of a people is how it behaves toward the old. It is easy to love children. Even tyrants and dictators make a point of being fond of children. But the affection and care for the old, the incurable, the helpless are the true gold mines of a culture.” |
GALA SIMPSON is the Receptionist and Document Coordinator and has over thirty years experience in various office settings ranging from a non-profit organization to a funeral home. In her spare time, Gala enjoys biking the rail trail, gardening and singing with her friends providing ministry and entertainment in area nursing homes and churches. |
JOSEPHINE M. WAGAMAN (Jo) has been a paralegal in the York County community since 1984. She is a graduate of Central Pennsylvania Business School with an Associate’s Degree in Specialized Business (Paralegal/Legal Assistant) and also obtained additional credits at York College of Pennsylvania. After working for many years as a paralegal in a general practice law firm which included estate administration matters, Jo recognized that working in an estate administration practice is the area that suits her personality, expertise and desire to assist others in difficult times involving the death of their loved ones. Jo was hired by the Firm as an estate administration paralegal in April 2005 and is now a key part of the professional team that assists the York community in estate administration matters. |
