MICHELE L. RAMP
Michele is the Firm’s senior long-term care paralegal with more than 20 years experience with the Firm. She began her career as a legal secretary in 1992 and has been the Firm’s main long-term care paralegal in October 2001.
Michele tries to follow the dictates of her position in accordance with the words of Abraham J. Heschel: “A test of a people is how it behaves toward the old. It is easy to love children. Even tyrants and dictators make a point of being fond of children. But the affection and care for the old, the incurable, the helpless are the true gold mines of a culture.”
HOLLY A. SMITH
Holly has been the Firm’s estate administration paralegal for the past 7 years. Holly received her paralegal certificate from Penn State where she was a student in Attorney Clofine’s class on Wills, Trusts and Estate Administration. Holly also received her paralegal certificate in Legal Issues Dealing with the Elderly from Penn State and she is a Pennsylvania Certified Paralegal through the Keystone Alliance of Paralegal Associations.
Holly assists with all aspects of estate and trust settlement and probate, including the preparation of Pennsylvania inheritance tax returns, federal estate and gift tax returns and fiduciary income tax returns.
Lori wanted a new challenge and joined our team in February 2017 after working for large York law firm. She prepares estate planning documents, such as Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and Health Care Directives and assists with estate administration and probate matters.
When Lori leaves the office she heads to the gym, working out almost every day and sometimes twice a day.
Tracey is our new morning person, answering the phones, scanning documents and scheduling appointments.
